1. TERMS AND APPLICABILITY
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, offers and agreements concluded using the website www.katejune.com. Accepting the general terms and conditions means that you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.
2. OFFERS, ORDERS AND AGREEMENTS
All offers, orders and agreements of KATE JUNE are without obligation and KATE JUNE expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations. An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of the order by KATE JUNE. KATE JUNE is entitled to refuse orders or to request additional information. If an order is not accepted, this will be communicated to the customer, including the reason for the rejection.
3. PRICES, PAYMENTS, SHIPPING
The prices stated for the products and services that are offered are in euros and include VAT. KATE JUNE cannot be held to price statements that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of input, typesetting or printing errors. No rights can be derived from unlawful price information.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are free above €50. For deliveries abroad, different conditions apply, depending on the country concerned. See the estimated delivery time and rates here.
As soon as we have sent your package, you will receive a Track & Trace code from MyParcel by email. After placing the order, you will also receive an order confirmation by email stating the total costs including any shipping costs. Payment can be made through iDeal, credit card, Apple Pay and PayPal. We do not charge extra costs for these online payments.
The images used are for illustrative purposes. The color of the delivered item may differ slightly from the photo. We keep the website as up to date as possible, however, it is possible that an article is not available. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible, and you will receive your money back. If you wish, it is always possible to keep an item in backorder for you. We will contact you by email as soon as the item is back in stock.
Orders placed before 4 PM are shipped the same day. However, KATE JUNE is not obliged to do this. The latest shipping time is 7 days after placing the order. If an order can only be partially executed, you will receive a notification by e-mail no later than 7 days after the order has been placed.
Addresses are based on the data entered by the customer. Please check whether the entered data is correct. If the data entered by you is incorrect, KATE JUNE is not liable for incorrectly delivered or lost packages. KATE JUNE is not liable for delay of the order in case the delivery person is delayed.

If an ordered item does not meet your expectations, you have the right to exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note that returning your item is free within the Netherlands. The cost of return is for your own account when you are abroad! Click here for the estimated costs for a return shipment (nationally and internationally).
In the unlikely event that you have received a wrong product, please contact us before returning the item. We can no longer settle the costs of the return afterwards.
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to report the return. The amount paid for the item in question will be refunded within 14 days after the item has been returned to us. This warranty will expire when:
The yellow “KATE JUNE” tag has been removed.
The item has been worn and/or contains traces of use such as make-up or food stains, body odor or cigarette smoke smell.
The item has been washed or cleaned.
You have attempted to repair a defect in the article yourself.
Something about the article has been changed.
The packaging of the item is damaged, the original packaging must also be returned undamaged.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the shipment and charge you the shipping costs.
If you want to return an item, we regret this, but it’s no problem. Register your return online, this can be done with or without an account. Then put the return label on the outside of your package and take your package to a PostNL point. You can find the nearest PostNL point at https://www.postnl.nl/en/location-finder/.
You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.
KATE JUNE makes every effort to deliver the ordered product in perfect condition. However, after receiving your order you must check the delivered item and report any defects immediately in writing. You can do this by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our aim is to handle complaints within 7 days. We will try to find the best possible solution in consultation with you.
Unfortunately, more than 3 months after purchase we can no longer process complaints.

KATE JUNE is not liable if a defect or damage occurs to an article as a result of improper use. KATE JUNE is also not liable if the indicated washing instructions are not observed. KATE JUNE is never obliged to pay any compensation to the customer or others, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of KATE JUNE. In the exceptional case that KATE JUNE, for whatever reason, is obliged to compensate for any damage, the compensation will never exceed an amount equal to the invoice value with regard to the product or service that caused the damage.
All personal data will only be used for processing the order and will never be made available to third parties.
