Returns & complaints

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return your item within 14 days of receipt. Please be sure to meet below conditions for returning items. Returns are accepted without mentioning the reasons, but in the unlikely case you have received a wrong item, we want you to contact us before returning this item. We cannot settle the costs of the return afterwards. You will receive the original amount back into your account within 14 days.

Please note that returning your item is free within the Netherlands. The cost of return is for your own account when you are abroad! Click here for the estimated costs for returning your purchase (local and international).
Please be sure you inform us the order number of your purchase and which part of the order you want to return. Without this information we cannot process your return.

After you receive your order, you have 14 days time to inform us the return. The amount paid for the item in question will be refunded within 14 days after the item has been returned to us. Items will not be refunded if:
– The yellow “KATE JUNE” tag has been removed.
– The item has been worn and/or shows traces of use such as make-up or food stains,
body odor or cigarette smoke smell.
– The item has been washed or cleaned.
– You have attempted to repair a defect on the article.
– Something on the item has been changed.
– The KATE JUNE box is damaged, the box must also be returned.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the shipment back to you agian and charge you the shipping costs.

We regret if you decide to return an item, but of course you can. Pls register your return online, this can be done with or without a KATE JUNE account. Please put the return label on the outside of your package and take your package to a PostNL point.

This link will take you to the page to register your return. Please note your order number and order details. Please check the entered information carefully, otherwise we will not be able to trace your order in our system. Also indicate which item(s) you wish to return. You will receive an email from MyParcel within a few days. Read below instructions what to do once you have received the email.

1. You will receive an email from MyParcel with a link. Please download with this link the return label. Print your return label. In case you don’t have a printer, you can also have the barcode scanned with your phone at a PostNL location. Then PostNL will arrange the rest for you.
2. Enter the reason for return on the MyParcel return page.
3. Send the item in its original gift box and overbox.
4. Return label printed? Please stick this on the parcel. Make sure that the old shipping label is no longer legible.
5. Drop off your return shipment at a PostNL point and hold on to the receipt ticket you will get at the PostNL point, until your order has been fully processed.

You can find the nearest PostNL point at You will receive a confirmation by mail when your return has been processed. You will receive the purchase amount back in your account within 14 days.

If the PostNL driver comes to your door to deliver another parcel, it is also possible to give this return shipment with a valid return label directly to the PostNL driver.

Is the size you ordered not ok, or do you want to exchange your item for another? This is
possible! Please contact us by If you wish to exchange an item, the exchanged product will be sent to you free of charge, but the costs of return you will have to pay yourself. You can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size or an item of the same price. If this is not the case, we advise you to place a new order.

KATE JUNE puts effort in sending the ordered item in perfect condition. Each item will be checked carefully before sending. When you receive your order, please inspect the delivered products and in a case of any defect, please report this immidiatelly by mail to Please always note the order number and enclose a photo of the defect.

We try to process every complaint within 7 days. We will solve any problem in consultation with you as good and quickly as possible. Unfortunately, more than 3 months after purchase, we will no longer accept complaints.
