ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKDAYS BEFORE 4:00 PM ARE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY
All orders ordered on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped out the same day. All parcels of KATE JUNE are sent by PostNL. As soon as the parcel has been registered with PostNL, you will receive a Track & Trace code from MyParcel by email. This allows you to track the status of your order. PostNL does not deliver on Mondays. When the package is delivered, the recipient must sign for receipt.

FREE SHIPPING FROM €50,- IN THE NETHERLANDS
Shipping within The Netherlands is free of charge for orders above €50,-. Within the Netherlands the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. PostNL will contact you if your order is delayed. If an order can only be partially executed, we will let you know by e-mail no later than 7 days after the order was placed.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS
For shipping abroad, different conditions apply, depending on the country you are in. See the estimated delivery time and rates here.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
You can choose to have your order delivered to your home address, or pick up your parcel at a PostNL point. Unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery address anymore, once the order is alreadyin process. If you give your purchase as a gift, you can choose to have the order delivered to another delivery address than the billing address. Addresses are based on the data entered by you, so please check the entered data carefully. If the entered data is incorrect, KATE JUNE is not liable for incorrect delivery or lost of the parcel.

NOT AT HOME?
Not at home when your order is delivered? PostNL will leave you a note in your mailbox. The order will be delivered to a PostNL point nearby. You can find the nearest PostNL point at https://www.postnl.nl/en/location-finder/.

ORDER NOT AVAILABLE YET
We are constantly monitoring our stock, but in an exceptional case it can happen an item becomes out of stock during the process of your order. In this case, we will inform you within 5 working days. The purchase amount including the costs of shipping will be paid back into your account within 7 days.
